Size 6 Needles
Cotton DK Weight Yarn This sweater was knit as two flat front and back panels with two cables on each panel. It was then connected by side and shoulder seams as well as by sleeves knit in the round.

These fingerless gloves were knit in the round from the bottom up and a thumb-hole was added before casting off. They are a mirrored design, with an increased stitch count around each thumb in order to promote finger mobility and provide cover for the base of the thumb. A leaf-like stitch pattern was used as a style choice.

These knit projects were both free handed and designed by me. Knitting is one of my biggest hobbies, and I use it as a means of exercising artistic and design practices in a diffferent form. Physical craft is very important to my design practice and knitting is one of my favorite outlets.
