This booklet was intended as a typographic exercise to demonstrate an understanding of grids, typesetting, and visual hierarchy. There are two simultaneous, contrasting texts running throughout the entirety of the 32 page booklet, each about a different topic. One of the texts is about the history of the typeface Perpetua. The other is about the Art Deco period, and the
images throughout the booklet depict aspects related to both streams of type. The text is sourced from Wikipedia, and images were gathered from various sources. The typefaces used for the two streams of text are Perpetua Roman and Futura Bold.
